First visit was today ordered a couple cubans... BY FAR An upscale meaty Cuban!!!!! Very delicious, clean atmosphere and friendly staff! Will definitely be back again!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I haven't had a Cuban in almost 2 yrs since I stopped working in Tampa. After reading the reviews about Carolina's Cubans, I decided to place an order for one and some fries. Man they did not disappoint! The Cuban and fries were both delicious! I will definitely order from here again.

Delicious and authentic! Had the pork bowl with black beans and yellow rice. Pork was fork tender and very tasty. Highly recommend!

Small clean little diner setup. Small counter service area and tables. Lunch or small dinner is portion size but prices are very good. The food quality is also very good. Tried black beans, salad, pork chunks appetizer and shrimp in a tomato sauce. Salad and beans were good. The pork was very tender and I used a little hot sauce and it was very good. The tomato sauce for the shrimp was very good not to sweet just nice tomato and spice mix. It is not spicy. Shrimp was cooked well and they complimented each other. My server was working solo but hustled around kept drink filled and was friendly. I would go again. Good hit if in the mood.

Been here twice. The first time was for a sandwich at lunch and it was delicious. The second time was with my husband for dinner and the food was WAAAAAY TOO SALTY! Cooks and Chefs should know better. Allow paying patrons to add salt to THEIR liking. NOT YOURS.... Not so sure I'll be back.

Carolina's Cuban Cafe is a small but lovely authentic Cuban Restaurant, but don't let the size fool you! It had a steady lunch rush and while there was only one waitress, she had everything under control and ran the lunch crowd smoothly. She greeted my mother and I with a friendly, outgoing smile as well as the other customers as they came in to eat. The food service was fast and the food hot! We were very pleased with the service and the food was delicious! I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for quick, good Cuban food and we will be returning.

First time eating Cuban food for our family. The Cuban steak has a good flavor, the Cuban sandwich was good and a larger portion, the chicken sandwich wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either. What I didn't like is a sandwich didn't come with a side you had to pay 2.49 per side. Typically a sandwich comes with chips or fries but it didn't. The value is okay but would be better if a side was included. Drinks are free refill. Service was good. It is inside a little shopping center without many stores kind of in the corner. I didn't see menu on here when I was looking so I snapped the menu to help others.

I love this place. Our waitress Carolina was the sweetest. I've only been here twice but each time was a dining experience. Highly recommend it.

I'm not Cuban, but I know a good Cuban sandwich and this one is one of the best I've had. The empanada was great and the yuca fritas ( which are like french fries) we're good. Friendly staff and quick service is what we received along with the great food. It was our first visit, but won't be our last. The only draw back is it's location, this place would be packed if not for it's kinda outta the way location. I hope they stay around, cause it's a great place to eat.

Since moving from to this area from Tampa I have not found a Cuban restaurant, or bodega. Where as in Tampa you can't drive more than mire miles before finding Cuban cuisine. This has become my family and I new go to spot! Highly recommend this place.

The food is out standing. The service is one of the best. The staff is very friendly and knows the menu.

I really enjoyed the Cubano. Tostones were also good. They are a bit short on help so it was a bit slow. Sad to say they were out of flan.

Best mojo pork sandwich around! We were sad to see Carolina's had closed up on Powell in Spring Hill, not realizing they'd opened their new location off of US19!! It's a smaller place, more quaint, but still excellent food. My husband got the Carolina sandwich and our son ended up eating almost half of it after he only wanted chicken nuggets. Lol He ate every last nugget though because they were freshly made with real chicken. The fries were regular, every-day fries, but with clean hot oil, they were really nice and crispy. Definitely going to be a regular place for us since they're even closer to us than their previous location!

Nice little quiet place. Staff was friendly and food was good. I had a Cuban Sandwich and some red bean with rice soup. Empanadas were good too.

Phenomenal!!!! The owner, Carolina, is so sweet! The food is incredible!!! No need for any sauces or salt. Everything is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection!!!

So I’m going through their menu one item at a time. So far, I have not been disappointed. The Caldo Gallego, Ropa Vieja, Vaca Frita, Frita Cubana, Tostones, Yuca, Arroz Moro, Picadillo, Enchilado de Camarones and Bistec a la Palomilla are awesome!

Family owned very good food at a reasonable prices

Get the pulled pork, black beans and rice, and soup special. The Cuban sandwich is for real. Nice little family owned place, very simple, no frills....just good Mom and Pop meals.

The best Cuban place. Sorry I was not fast enough to take the picture of the flan...so good. Give them a try when you're in Hudson area. Will not be disappointed. 5*

My husband and I grabbed an order to go this evening. Cuban Sandwich, Devil Crab and Bean Soup. All were very good!
